高职高专院校大学生职前培训面临的问题及对策

大学生就业难已经不是一个新话题,高职高专院校的大学生在庞大的就业大军面前,竞争优势并不明显。要想提高就业能力只有加强高职高专学生的"职业"技能,与企业进行无缝对接,才能提高其与本科院校的竞争力,这就需要高职高专院校加强职前培训。本文分析当前高职高专院校职前培训存在的问题,并提出了相关解决路径,希望文中所提出的建议能对高职高专院校的职前培训环节起到一定的参考作用。     

全程导师制下的高职人才培养模式探索与实践——以武汉职业技术学院生物工程学院为例

高职院校实施"全程导师制"既是对传统"班建制"教育模式的有效补充,更是倡导个性教育,实现教学相长,真正贯彻"以人为本"教育理念和提高教育教学质量的有效措施。文章结合武汉职业技术学院生物工程学院试点的具体情况,分析了导师制的基本内涵、高职实施导师制的必要性,构建了"全程导师制"实施方案,以期推动该制度尽快建立,促进学生综合素质的培养,增强学生就业能力。     

加强校企合作 完善实训基地建设——甘肃钢铁职业技术学院实训基地现状的调查与思考

本文通过对学院实训基地的调研,总结目前甘肃钢铁职业技术学院校企合作的现状、存在的问题,进而分析所应该采取的措施。     

Enhancing adaptive transfer of cross-cultural training: Lessons learned from the broader training literature

Drawing insights from the broader training literature, we argue that evaluation of cross-cultural training effectiveness should adopt comprehensive criteria, including cognitive, skill-based, and affective learning outcomes as well as adaptive transfer. We propose that the integration of an error management supplement in cross-cultural training can enhance trainee acquisition of self-regulation skills and self-efficacy that facilitate adaptive application of learning to novel cultural situations. In addition to the traditional error management training designs (i.e., positive error framing), the current paper describes additional design elements to promote acquisition of cognitive strategies, prevent premature automaticity, alleviate concerns about error occurrence during learning, and enhance readiness to transfer. In addition, we offer propositions regarding the effects of the supplement on learning and transfer outcomes, along with implications for future research and practice on cross-cultural training.     

How training and innovation link to farm performance: a structural equation analysis

The complexity of modern farm management places great demands on the skill, knowledge and capability of farm managers and their families. Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and innovations that can affect each key farm enterprise, and knowing how best to marshal the resources required for profitable farm production, are key tasks of farm management. This study draws on a longitudinal data set of 240 broadacre farmers to compare and analyse their farm performance over a decade. Using structural equation modelling, we examine relationships between the farm family's involvement in training, their human capital, their use of various innovations and ultimately the linkages of these factors to farm financial and productivity performance. Several statistically significant inter‐relationships are found, and some factors are shown to have significant positive links to farm performance. We find that training undertaken by the farm family, the farm family's human capital and their use of innovations, particularly key cropping innovations, have significant beneficial impacts on farm performance. The farmer's skills in time and organisational management, their engagement in business planning and the unique environmental characteristics of the farm also significantly and positively influence farm performance.     

我国物流人才培养的关键问题分析及解决途径——建立区域联合培养实践基地的战略思考

产学研相结合的人才培育模式是培养高层次、复合型物流人才，解决我国物流人才缺口的关键。但我国目前的物流人才培养模式以及一对一为主的产学研培养模式仍存在着一定的问题需要解决。文章首先分析了我国目前物流人才培养过程中的基本问题，进而针对校企合作的产学研模式及其存在的主要问题进行了探讨。在此基础上，提出了解决这些问题的途径——建立区域联合物流人才培养实践基地的战略思考，并分析了该战略在运作模式、服务范围、资源利用、培养方式、协作关系以及功能拓展等方面的独特优势。

高职院校校内节水灌溉技术实训基地功能的研究

通过对山西水利职业技术学院校内节水灌溉技术实训基地功能的研究,指出了实训基地所具有的育人、示范、研发、鉴定和服务五大功能平台,并提出不断创新实训基地建设机制,提升实训基地的附加值的新思路。     

论语言差异与民族学生学业质量

本文运用文化人类学的研究方法,对影响民族学生学业质量的文化因素进行了深入的研究分析,在此基础上,以文化冲突等相关理论为依据,着重从文化的角度分析影响民族学生学业质量的语言差异因素,并进行理论解释和探讨,提出相关的对策建议。
